Waterford — Police have charged Jarah Davis, 28, of 14 Mary St. with first-degree sexual assault and giving alcohol to a minor.

Davis turned himself in to the Waterford Police Department on an active arrest warrant.

Police launched an investigation in May 2015, and the arrest warrant was a result of information and forensic evidence obtained during the investigation.
