    East Lyme

    Kyle Orr, 27, of 127 Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor, cruelty to persons and breach of peace.

    Vincenzo Florio, 22, of 10 Cottonwood Lane, Uncasville, was charged Friday with evading responsibility.

    Brett Tanner, 54, of 129 Lambtown Road, Mystic, was charged Friday with violation of probation.

    Norwich

    Dante Goodwin, 34, of Meriden was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to obey traffic control signal.

    Patrick Quigley, 29, of 54 Lambert Drive was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to drive on the right and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Rebecca Scott, 48, of 143 Oneco Ave., Apt. 1, New London, was charged Friday with creating a public disturbance.

    Frederick Laughman, 36, of 180 Center Road, Vernon, was charged Friday with patronizing a prostitute and simple trespass.

    Kendra Gray, 23, of 707 Colman St. Apt. 149, New London, was charged with prostitution and simple trespass.

    Isis Aracena-Reyes, 34, of 45 W. Coit St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to drive on the right.

    Shawn Moon, 44, of 1242 Route 12, Apt. 1C, Gales Ferry, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail lamps.

    Joseph Provost Jr., 52, of Griswold was charged Aug. 18 with driving with a suspended license and failure to have tail tamps.

    Kristin Vik, 31, of 732 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged Friday with failure to respond to infraction.

    Lillian Perone, 59, of Prospect was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and using a handheld phone while driving.
