Police search for Norwich man missing since Wednesday

Norwich — City police are searching for a missing 23-year-old man.

A Silver Alert has been issued for Vincente Velazquez, who is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 124 pounds. He was last seen Wednesday, June 12, wearing blue boxer shorts, a black T-shirt and black socks.

Anyone with information on Velazquez's location is asked to contact city police by calling (860) 886-5561.
