    East Lyme

    Lauren K. Nolan, 26, of 66 Pamela Ave., Groton, was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and misuse of a registration plate.

    Nathaniel Shellie Johnson Jr., 35, of 420 Jefferson Ave., New London, was charged Wednesday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and violation of probation. 

    New London

    Eric Williams, 35, of 25 Tilley St., Apt. 5., was charged Wednesday with second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief.

    Devon Jarmon, 30, of 88 Washington St. was charged Thursday with second-degree robbery.

    Charles Cordero, 19, of 152 Elm St. was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.

    Norwich

    Angel Rodriguez, 36, of no certain address in New London was charged Wednesday with two counts each of third-degree burglary and second-degree criminal mischief and one count of sixth-degree larceny.

    Alex Johnson, 27, of 41 Old Fitchville Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Mieleeah Enos, 18, of Voluntown was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.

    State police - Colchester

    Aleksey Markelov, 31, of 226 Mansfield Ave., New London, was charged May 2 in Colchester with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

    Samuel Smith, 21, of 212 Norwich Road, Salem, was charged May 13 in Salem with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Scott Sears, 27, of 39 Timber Ridge Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged May 14 in Colchester with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Joseph Boucher, 27, of 103 Horse Pond Road, Unit F, Salem, was charged on a warrant May 15 in Colchester with violation of probation, second-degree failure to appear in court and fifth-degree larceny.

    Ashleigh Streich, 26, of 103 Horse Pond Road, Unit F, Salem, was charged on a warrant May 15 in Colchester with fifth-degree larceny and third-degree forgery.

    Alexandra Bartolucci, 24, of 150 Yantic St., Norwich, was charged on a warrant May 15 in Windham with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.

    Stonington

    Fabiola Selamaj, 29, of Fall River, Mass., was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Nathanial M. Steward, 36, of 101 Riverview Ave., Apt. 3, New London, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Kirsty Houston, 35, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Waterford

    Markus Jamison, 31, of Waterbury was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.
