    New London

    Jessica Hawk, 36, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Liam Clough, 21, of Westerly was charged Thursday with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and carrying a dangerous weapon.

    Anthony M. Cioci, 28, of 82 Crown Knoll, Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Phillip Smith, 38, of 130 Third Ave. was charged Thursday with three counts of sale of narcotics and three counts of possession of narcotics.

    Paul Taylor, 48, of 1042 Poquonnock Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with assault on medical staff, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Norwich

    Toby Jackson, 41, of 210 Broadway was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and one count of driving with a suspended license.

    Jeffrey E. Gold, 41, of 20 Whales Road, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with breach of peace, third-degree assault, second-degree reckless endangerment and reckless driving.

    Lavail M. Johnson, 39, of 71 Taftville-Occum Road, Apt. 2, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with police, criminal mischief and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State police — Montville

    Chelsea Cote, 23, of Plainfield was charged Friday in Griswold with driving while under suspension, two counts of failure to reduce speed and/or move over for emergency vehicle, possession of controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of cannabis and second-degree larceny.

    Donald Edward Jorgensen, 32, of Woodstock was charged Tuesday in Montville with violation of probation.

    Waterford

    Josiah LePage, 26, of Griswold was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    William Madore, 41, of 407 Boston Post Road was charged Friday with failure to display plates, driving without a license, failure to carry minimum insurance and misuse of plates.
