Felicia M. Betancourt, 23, of Oakdale was charged Tuesday with interfering with a police officer and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Kyle Hogan, 25, of 646 Lantern Hill Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

John E. Jackson, 21, of 74 Blackhall St., Apt. 1, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Robert Santiago, 30, of 29 Linden Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and following too closely.

Shawn M. Arnott, 49, of Baltic was charged Tuesday with failure to drive right and evading responsibility.

Robert B. Williams, 36, of 23 McKinley Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

Rebecca Gardner, 42, of 66 Page St. was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Kevin Gibbons, 41, of Sterling was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

Luis Nahui-Colque, 37, of 139 Mount Pleasant St. was charged Wednesday with assault on a police officer and breach of peace.

Steven Hyppolite, 42, of 38 Thirteenth St. was charged Thursday with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Stonington

Klay M. Brayman, 23, of Anthony Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with violation of probation.

Brenden J. Allen, 34, of Westerly was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, avoiding an ignition control device, driving with a suspended license, failure to drive right and traveling unreasonably fast.

Waterford

Michelle Zolkowski, 34, of 7 Robin St. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct.

Christopher James, 43, of New York, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Matthew Baxter, 26, of 30 Braman Road was charged Thursday with violation of probation.
