    Kevin R. Mcphaul, 28, of 130 Mather Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Leilani S. Rudd, 40, of 149 Mather Ave. was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

    Brandon T. McCellan, 38, of 127 Hempstead St., New London, was charged Saturday with evading responsibility and driving with a suspended license.

    Lara G. De Souza, 28, of 182 Flanders Road, Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Kevin A. Nolan, 24, of Dover, Del., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

    Tiesha Clark, 31, of 42 Jefferson Ave. was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license.

    Roland Fitzroy, 72, of Granby, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

    Philip S. Gatewood, 58, of Kingston, R.I., was charged Saturday in North Stonington with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to display lights.

    Donna L. Raistrick, 61, of 901 Stonington Road was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal trespass.

    David T. Pedreira, 35, of 901 Stonington Road was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Shirley J. Orbe, 34, of 113 Brookside Lane, Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Taylor J. Gaccione, 19, of 8 Truano St., Apt. 2, Westerly, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Alexa Polen, 29, of 221 Laurelwood Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
