Groton City

Cristy Annette Jones, 38, of 72 Cutler St., No. 1, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements, stop sign violation and failure to register motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

Groton Town

Jasmine R. Bernardi, 37, of 84 Lakeview Drive was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.

Zachary G. Toscano, 33, of 18 Whittle St., Mystic, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
