East Lyme

Michael Alfred Sansevero, 31, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Apt. 5M, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

New London

Clara Lancaster, 37, of 453 Bayonet St., Apt. 7, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Reynaldo Cartagena, 37, of 173 Shaw St., first floor, was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Travis Lee Golden, 38, of 27 Mopsie St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving with a suspended license.

Satasha Senior, 31, of Springfield Gardens, N.Y., was charged Tuesday with breach of peace.

Isaiah Peter Rosa, 27, of 16 Buchanan Road was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Yanashley Burez-Ortiz, 23, of 294 Colman St. was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Norwich

Karl Theodore, 20, of 287 Main St. was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey control signal and failure to carry license.

Waterford

Chad Smith, 33, of 12 Monroe St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and failure to respond to an infraction.

Gregory Sykes, 19, of 195 Michelle Lane, Groton, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Ronald Roderick, 28, of 12 B St., Groton, was charged Tuesday with violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
