Ismael Rodriguez, 38, of 35 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday with possession of a controlled substance, simple trespass, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to change address.

Hyon Seo, 57, of 19 Chester St., Apt. 2, New London, was charged April 10 with third-degree larceny.

Reynaldo Carrero, 23, of Manchester was charged April 7 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Krystal Rodriguez, 21, of West Hartford was charged April 7 with third-degree assault.

Larry Milliner, 22, of 111 Spaulding St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged April 7 with carrying and sale of a dangerous weapon, threatening and breach of peace.

Kevin Sebastian Jr., 26, of 17 Eska Drive, Ledyard, was charged April 7 with first-degree criminal trespass and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.


Michael P. Meriwether, 51, of 7 Hillside Court was charged Wednesday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

Daniel M. Brodeur, 51, of Baltic was charged Wednesday with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance.

Stephen J. Linicus Jr., 33, of 114 Thames St., New London, was charged Wednesday with two counts of interfering with police and one count each of possession of a controlled substance and failure to keep narcotics in the original container.

Jagdish Maini, 63, of 107 Palmer St. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Richard E. Donatelli Jr., 54, of 1 Pacemaker Ave. was charged Thursday with evading responsibility, failure to have minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to drive right.

Otoniel Figuero-Torres, 32, of 100 W. Town St. was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order, fourth-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Kyndrel Dawson, 23, of Griswold was charged Tuesday with engaging an officer in pursuit, interfering with an officer, speeding and driving with a suspended license.


Gage J. Gerrish, 21, of Hopkinton, R.I., was charged Wednesday with breach of peace.


Natalie Reyes, 33, of 36 Anthony Road, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.
