    New London

    James Robinson, 43, of 233 Broad St. was charged Monday with possession of narcotics.

    Joseph R. Dionne, 63, of 25 Shaw St., Apt. 2, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have brake lights.

    Charles Dugas, 33, of 51 Fitch Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

    Norwich

    J.C. Miller, 46, of 26 Great Plain Road was charged Monday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Michael W. Gilliard Jr., 41, of 48 South A St., Taftville, was charged Saturday with interfering with an officer, traveling unreasonably fast, two counts of stop sign violation and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Darlisha Gibbs, 29, of 6 Norman Road, Apt. O, was charged Sunday with second-degree assault.

    Christian T. Walls, 38, of 152 Broadway, Apt. 1, was charged Sunday on a warrant for second-degree breach of peace, second-degree reckless endangerment, two counts of evading responsibility, and reckless driving.

    State police - Montville

    Abdulrahim Sulaiman, 33, of Fairfield was charged Monday in Plainfield with reckless driving, disobeying signal of officer, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, following too closely, failure to keep narcotics in original container and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Matthew Thomas Pixley, 39, of Clinton was charged Monday in Montville with driving while under suspension, reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and following too closely.

    Brian J. Noland, 26, of Jewett City was charged Thursday in Lisbon on a warrant for second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Richard Tracy, 35, of Lisbon was charged July 26 in Griswold on a warrant for second-degree violation of conditions of release and violation of a protective order.

    Waterford

    Matthew Daniels, 36, of no certain address was charged Monday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
