Kenneth R. Smith, 27, of 42 Division St. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license.
Francisco E. Moreno, 30, of Hartford was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Groton Town
Michaela D. Love, 39, of 268 Flanders Road, Apt. 17, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer.
Ralph E. Vogt III, 45, of 268 Flanders Road, Apt. 17, was charged Monday with interfering with an officer and probation violation.
Dean Anthony Allen, 26, of Willow Grove, Pa., was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to signal properly.
Darren Belden, 28, of Fort Edward, N.Y., was charged Sunday with failure to grant right-of-way and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Colleen A. Martin, 55, of 257 Indigo St., Mystic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to maintain proper lane, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
William McCants, 28, of 19 Fitch Ave. was charged Saturday with breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree criminal mischief.
Amy L. Gutgsell, 33, of 54 Rope Ferry Road, 161N, Waterford, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and evading responsibility.
Alexander R. Kores, 52, of Westerly was charged Friday with violation of protective order.
Jacqueline Maloney, 26, of Brighton, Mass., was charged Aug. 19 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Mercedes A. Vona, 18, of 369 Pequot Ave., Mystic, was charged Aug. 16 with third-degree burglary, fifth-degree larceny, attempt to commit third-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, second-degree breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Rachel Sanborn, 38, of 269 N. Frontage Road was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order.
Kimberly Calcano, 28, of 21 Rogers St. was charged Monday with breach of peace and risk of injury to a minor.

Jeremy Walker, 28, of 17 Sandy Lane was charged Saturday with failure to wear seat belt and driving with a suspended license.
Ledyard
Jason Plowden, 34, of 9 Joseph Williams Road, Mashantucket, was charged Sunday with two counts of violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
Waterford
Edwin Riske, 22, of Providence, R.I., was charged Monday with criminal violation of a restraining order, misuse of plates, insurance coverage fails to meet minimum requirements, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving without a license and failure to display plates.
State police — Montville
Jeff A. Exavier, 29, of 449 Boswell Ave., No. 1, Norwich, was charged Aug. 21 in Montville with second-degree harassment.
