Armando Ramirez, 39, of 325 Huntington St., New London, was charged Thursday in New London with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kacie A. Rando, 34, of 16 Riverdale Landing, Old Lyme, was charged Thursday in New London with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Catherine Wallace, 35, of 91 Leffingwell Road, Apt. K1, Montville, was charged Friday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to stay in the proper lane.
Brian J. Kalinoski, 36, of Colchester was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
