    Groton Town

    William F. Dougherty, 30, of Westerly was charged Friday with evading responsibility, failure to maintain lane, traveling unreasonably fast, driving without a license and interfering with an officer/resisting arrest.

    John S. Westervelt II, 30, of 7 Boulder Court, Mystic, was charged Thursday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

    Julie M. Kozlowski, 30, of 194 Mirra Drive was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace, two counts of third-degree assault, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.

    Megan E. Chioccola, 36, of 156 Michigan Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey stop sign, failure to maintain proper lane, speeding and driving with a suspended license.

    Philip L. Johnson, 33, of 6 Cole St. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Andrew Williams, 33, of 39 Sullivan Drive was charged Wednesday with second-degree strangulation and third-degree assault.

    Nicky Barakitis, 28, of Derby was charged Thursday with environmental spill.

    Roberto Santiago-Rodriguez, 31, of Norwalk was charged Thursday with environmental spill.

    New London

    Shane Caminiti, 29, of 6 Mitchell Court, Unit 2, was charged Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief.

    John Oramas, 56, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Devin Helligar, 25, of 13 Jefferson Ave. was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor.

    Thomas Eshenfelder, 29, of no certain address was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and possession of narcotics.

    Randell Henry, 29, of 69 Route 12, Preston, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Derrick Gray, 34, of Jewett City was charged Saturday in Griswold with third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an emergency call.
