State police - Montville

Yuchen Hong, 22, of 41 Cottonwood Drive, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal manufacture, distribution or sale of a controlled substance.

Neil Huband, 35, of Canterbury was charged Thursday in Montville with violation of probation.

Stacia Rosado, 22, of 36 Orchard St., New London, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
