Janiel Cruz-Lantigua, 21, of 11 Old Colchester Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Oct. 17 with carrying an unpermitted or unregistered weapon in a motor vehicle, breach of peace, possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and driving with a suspended license.

Maxine Thomas, 29, of 34 Jefferson Ave. #1, was charged Oct. 17 with third-degree assault on an elderly person.

Victoria Rodriguez, 32, of New Haven, was charged Friday in Montville with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Shayne Andersen, 26, of 74 Mathewson St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday in Griswold with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and second-degree threatening.

Erik Gonzalez, 26, of Providence, was charged Wednesday in Griswold with violation of protective order.

Melissa Williamson, 37, of 18 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with possession of narcotics and conveyance of a controlled substance into a correctional institution.

Matthew Madden, 35, of Plainfield, was charged Oct. 18 in Griswold with second-degree criminal trespass.
