Larry Charles Cloutier, 34, of Baltic was charged Monday in Montville with violation of probation; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; driving or parking an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker, license or registration; driving without minimum insurance and driving with a suspended license.
