Milton Garcia, 31, of 40 Gorton Ave. was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol, evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license and failure to drive in proper lane.

Melanie Mirand-Vega, 30, of 19 Blackhall St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without insurance, two counts of possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell and possession of a controlled substance.

Samuel Maranda, 26, of 68 Montauk Ave. was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of narcotics and operating a drug factory.
