    East Lyme

    Andrew Slager, 42, of 9 Joshua Valley Road was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order.

    Sarah K. Sweney, 28, of 44 Smith Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Groton City

    Riccio Hope, 55, of 13 Hillside Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with failure to display a front plate, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker plate, driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Kelsey M. Boyle, 23, of 415 Round Hill Road, Salem, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a stop sign and interfering with a police officer.

    Porta N. Ralls, 37, of 100 Branford Ave. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding, failure to drive in proper lane and driving with a suspended license.

    Bruce E. Lee, 33, of 44 Poquonnock Road, No. 24, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic control signal and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    New London

    Jacob Griffin, 26, of 83 Blackhall St. was charged Monday with breach of peace.

    Jonathan Souza Jr., 30, of no certain address, was charged Monday with possession of narcotics and possession drug paraphernalia.

    Joseph Ellis Jr., 20, of 24 Robinson St., New London, was charged Monday with interfering with a police officer, violation of a municipal dirt bike ordinance, reckless driving, possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

    State police — Montville

    Kayla Minta, 22, of 48 Pleasant St., Plainfield, was charged Sunday in North Stonington with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

    Mikel Blackman, 30, of 984 Norwich New London Turnpike, Uncasville, was charged Monday in Montville with breach of peace.
