    Clifton Barrows, 45, of 837 Bank St. was charged Saturday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Mark Sullivan, 57, of 74 Blackhall St. was charged Saturday with violation of protective order and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Bienvenido Ramos, 33, of 133 Mitchell St., Groton, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, traveling unreasonably fast and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Brandon E. Wadecki, 28, of 1 Brown Ave., Jewett City, was charged Dec. 17 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Jake Cady, 24, of 102 N Main St. was charged Dec. 18 with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Shiela Habeeb, 81, of 15 Debbie St. was charged Dec. 18 with evading responsibility.

    Edward Hrostek, 38, of Trumbull, was charged Dec. 18 with violation of probation.

    Jahking Allah, 42, of 71 Summer St., New London, was charged Dec. 18 with criminal violation of protective order.

    Raymond L. Greene III, 29, of 120 Cliff St., was charged Dec. 19 with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Sean M. Haas, 31, of 19 Polly Lane, Uncasville, was charged Dec. 21 with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Elie Robert, 29, of 44 Otis St., was charged Dec. 21 with two counts of assault of public safety or emergency medical personnel and disorderly conduct.

    Chynell L. Haley, 25, of 170 Broadway, was charged Dec. 21 with breach of peace and second-degree threatening.

    Yahaira Victoriano, 46, of 28 8th St., was charged Dec. 21 with second-degree criminal trespass, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Orlando D. Rojas, 36, of 20 Pine St., was charged Dec. 21 with fourth-degree sexual assault, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

    Luis A. Rodriguez Jr., 20, of 24 Franklin St., was charged Dec. 22 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Angela Velez-Vazquez, 19, of 24 Franklin St., was charged Dec. 22 with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Brian P. Hahnel, 34, of 16 Laurel Point Drive, was charged Dec. 22 with third-degree assault, sixth-degree larceny and disorderly conduct.

    D'Andre J. Gilliard, 27, of 5 Crossway St. was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license.

    Christina Kukich, 58, of 148 Matthewson St., Jewett City, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Neil Ryan, 34, of 60 Old Farm Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with criminal violation of protective order, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Benjamin A. Cook, 32, of 56 River St., Sprague, was charged Friday in Sprague with risk of injury to child, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Corrine A. Trapp, 65, of 235 W. Thames St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Keith Jr. Burzycki, 74, of 3 Trading Cove Drive, Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Anthony Trebisacci, 69, of 7 Hillside Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with driving under the infleunce of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn/stop and failure to drive right.

    Seth T. Hilbert, 39, of 2350 Gold Star Highway, Groton, was charged Friday with falsely reporting an injury and misuse of emergency 911.

    Timothy E. Pouliot, 54, of 6 Elizabeth Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.    

    Evelyn E. Holt, 43, of 6 Elizabeth Drive, Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
