Tyler L. Charlebois, 24, of Middletown, was charged Saturday with first-degree stalking, criminal violation of a restraining order, second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and second-degree violation of conditions of release.
State Police - Montville
Jean R. Louissant, 51, of 164 Hickory St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Christine E. Jones, 49, of 404 E. Main St., Apt. 44, Griswold, was charged Saturday in Voluntown with second-degree failure to appear in court.
Stonington
Rebecca L. Nutt, 40, of 35 Garden St., was charged May 9 with second-degree criminal mischief.
Andrew A. Roque, 37, of 49 Boiling Spring Ave., Westerly, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
Waterford
Clemente Castracucco, 60, of 790 Astor Ave., Bronx, N.Y., was charged Saturday with use of drug paraphernalia, sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and being a fugitive from justice.
