Deliciously autumnal new cheese creation
Just based on the fact that someone decided to call her company "Sincerely, Brigitte" makes me not like that person — presumably, Brigitte. It's just too ... calculatedly cute. And while I would never condone violence, I do wish a wild chimp would throw up on Brigitte's shoes. Having gotten that out of the way, let me say that one of Brigitte's (sincere) products is a clever tarragon- and ginger-infused block of Monterrey Jack cheese ($8.99 for 7 ounce slab). Frankly, the sublime and slightly sweet union of flavors seems more appropriate to fall or winter, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the whole brick of greatness. I sincerly hope Brigitte comes up with more stuff like this.
