    Groton City

    Andre C. Gilbert, 48, of 197 Brandegee Ave. was charged Wednesday with two counts of criminal possession of a pistol or revolver.

    Jorge Velez, 47, of 51 Belden St., New London, was charged Thursday on a warrant for first-degree failure to appear.

    Thomas William Montgomery, 57, of 233 Shennecossett Road was charged Friday with failure to have head lamps and driving when registration or license is refused/suspended.

    Groton Town

    John W. Kelly IV, 20, of 535 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Thursday with driving while under suspension and littering or dumping.

    Michael P. Gomez, 39, of Hamden was charged Wednesday with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Paul Zazzaro, 47, of Coventry R.I., was charged Tuesday on warrants for sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, two counts of illegal use of credit card, receipt of money/goods/services by illegal credit card, two counts of fourth degree larceny, sixth degree larceny, credit card fraud and criminal impersonation.

    Jonathan L. Morrison, 22, of 45 Redden Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with violation of a protective order and breach of peace.

    David C. Saunders Jr., 49, of 48 Greenway Road, New London, was charged Saturday with driving when license or registration is refused, suspended or revoked, driving while under suspension, and driving without minimum insurance.

    Marcos Santiago, 28, of 17 Occum St., Taftville, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Jose Cabrera-Sierra, 48, of 405 Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree assault.

    Richard Constance, 67, of 85 Niles Hill Road was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Richard Lounsbury, 55, of 28 Bloomingdale Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, failure to obey a control signal and driving an unregistered vehicle.

    Julia Garcia, 20, of 77 Redden Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Anthony Strong, 69, of 32 Truman St., New London, was charged Wednesday with failure to register an address.

    Carlos Osorio-Santos, 36, of 41 Prest St., New London, was charged Wednesday with interfering with an officer.

    Patrick Ames, 19, of 228 Boston Post Road was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to display reflectorized safety number plates.

    Savonne Mitchell, 37, of 4 Cliff St., New London, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license, interfering with an officer and failure to obey control signal.
