Cesar Menjura-Castillo, 50, of 281 State St., New London, was charged Friday with operation of a motor vehicle when license is refused, suspended or revoked and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Tatiana Colon, 22, of 395 Broad St., New London, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Courtney Riley, 19, of 51 Nantucket Drive, Mystic, was charged Friday with operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
