    Police logs - March 31, 2019

    New London

    Najemaria Ramos, 22, of 211 Elm St. was charged Saturday with two counts of second-degree breach of peace, first-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

    Marco Antonio Plasencia-Ortega, 30, of 15 Pleasant St. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Sa-Tasha Senior, 31, of Jamaica, N.Y., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, interfering with an officer, possession of a controlled substance and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana.

    Shannon Pearson, 53, of 61 Latham Road, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with breach of peace and assault on a public safety or emergency medical personnel.

    Laura Allen, 50, of 200 Montauk Ave., No. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court. 

    Norwich

    Jordon Kondratowicz, 36, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, was charged Friday with four counts of third-degree burglary, three counts of third-degree criminal mischief and criminal attempt of third-degree burglary.

    Rubens Israel, 26, of 9 South Second Ave., No. 17, was charged Saturday with misuse of plates, driving without a license and possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana. 

    Orlando Cruz Jr., 31, of 23 Mechanic St., No. 2, was charged Saturday with failure to have marker plates lit, driving with a suspended license and misuse of plates.

    State police — Montville

    Nicholas Phaneuf-Micanovic, 42, of East Hartford was charged Friday in North Stonington with third-degree criminal mischief.

    Hans Fiak, 48, of New Haven was charged Friday in Montville with being a fugitive from justice.

    Waterford

    Jarrett Devaux, 24, of 38 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

    Wesley Rivera, 21, of 584 Shennecossett Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with misuse of plates, having insurance coverage that fails to meet minimum requirements, operating or towing an unregistered vehicle and driving without a license.
