Kristen M. Anderson, 49, of 78 Morse Ave. was charged Thursday with failure to drive in the proper lane, speeding, driving with a suspended license, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer/resisting, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Steven Duong, 38, of 20 Lincoln Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle and conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled substance.

Lorenzo A. Neely, 54, of 355 Long Hill Road was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening.

Shadae S. Henderson, 25, of 355 Long Hill Road, No. 34, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Hoang S. Nguyen, 41, of 35 Briggs St., New London, was charged Thursday with conspiracy to commit sale of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Norwich

Raul C. Calderon, 47, of 40 Central Ave. was charged Wednesday with four counts of risk of injury to a minor/sexual contact.

Chanel A. Oddo, 33, of 178 Cliff St. was charged Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and breach of peace and on Thursday with breach of peace and interfering with police.

John V. Jackson, 57, of 1591 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Unit 27, Uncasville was charged Wednesday with violation of a protective order.

Julia A. Clements, 35, of 31 Ninth St., Apt. 2, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, interfering with police and failure to submit to fingerprints.

Joseph L. Young, 43, of 197 Central Ave. was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Ashley E. Bradicich, 33, of 45 Rogers Ave. was charged Friday with one count each of possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle.

Elvin Cruz Jr., 25, of 17 Railroad Ave. was charged Friday with evading responsibility, driving with a suspended license, misuse of plates, reckless driving and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Jermaine Michael Miller, 24, of 19 Fuller St., New London, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless driving and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Anthony Carambot, 23, of 43 Paul Revere Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, second-degree assault with a motor vehicle and failure to drive right.

Craig Reynolds, 39, of Jewett City was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and violation of standing criminal protective order.

Waterford

Eugene Marquis, 73, of 12 Tyler Place, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
