Seline B. Lugo, 22, of 322 Branford Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, speeding and insufficient insurance.

Jared Nathaniel Diclemente, 29, of 90 North St., Apt. 4Q, Norwich, was charged Saturday with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault.

Brenden T. Shea, 26, of 32 Washington St., Mystic, was charged Monday with possession of a sawed-off shotgun, loaded gun in motor vehicle/snowmobile, alteration of firearm identification, first-degree reckless endangerment and carrying a firearm while under the influence.

Christopher J. Mayo, 40, of Jewett City was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree unlawful restraint and third-degree assault.

Gabrielle Valladares, 28, of 109 Willetts Ave., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Chitchanok Vimol, 61, of 20 Turnpike Park, Norwich, was charged  Saturday with failure to drive in proper lane and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Nicole Marie Durand, 35, of Bozrah was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to display lights and failure to grant right of way at intersection.

Sarah M. Lassiter, 31, of 21 Belden St., New London, was charged Saturday with driving while under suspension and improper number of headlamps.

Francisco Perez, 20, of 84 Redden Ave. was charged Tuesday with operating a vehicle under a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle without headlights.

Norwich

Amanda A. Major, 36, of 12 Sunnyside East Road was charged Friday with breach of peace, misuse of the 911 system and interfering with police.

Richard A. Hedges, 41, of 72 Pine St. was charged Saturday with two counts of third-degree assault and one count each of breach of peace and interfering with police.

Kevin J. Murphy, 24, of 32 Church St. was charged Monday with third-degree assault.

John Sanipas, 41, of Griswold was charged Saturday in Griswold with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Gabrielle Pontell, 27, of New Haven was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court, third-degree identity theft and illegal use of a credit card.

Russell Geter, 40, of 27 Lee Ave., New London, was charged Monday with violation of a protective order.

Celeste Ranaldi, 28, of Cranston, R.I., was charged Monday with three counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.
